Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta until al dente and drain well.

2. Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

3. Mix pasta + vegetables in a large bowl.

4. Add olive oil and seasonings (garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper) and toss well.

5. Stir in cottage cheese to make it creamy and boost protein.

6. Transfer mixture into an oven-safe dish that fits inside the Ninja Air Fryer basket.

7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.

8. Air fry at 360Β°F (180Β°C) for 8β10 minutes until the cheese is melted, golden, and bubbly.
